Vishal Fabrics reported FY25 standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,51,983 lakh, up about 4.8% from ₹1,45,013 lakh in FY24. Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹2,383.75 lakh vs ₹2,113.35 lakh last year, with basic EPS improving to ₹1.21 from ₹1.07. Q4 FY25 was softer, with revenue of ₹39,146 lakh (down ~5% YoY) and PAT of ₹488 lakh (down ~25% YoY). For the first time, results were also consolidated with three associates (Chiripal Textile Mills, Nandan Industries, Quality Exim), contributing ₹517 lakh of share of profit and lifting consolidated FY25 PAT to ₹2,901 lakh. The auditor (S V J K and Associates) issued an unmodified opinion, and operating cash flow swung sharply positive to ₹10,759 lakh from a negative ₹562 lakh last year. The company also raised ₹38.25 crore via preferential convertible warrants during the year.
Clean audit, double-digit PAT growth, and a strong rebound in operating cash flow are positive for shareholders, but the weak Q4 sequential print and softer Q4 margins may cap near-term excitement. First-time consolidation of associates modestly boosts reported earnings and is worth tracking for future quarters.
