Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vital Chemtech Limited shareholders approved a special resolution via postal ballot to migrate the company from the NSE EMERGE (SME) platform to the main board of NSE and BSE. Out of 2,086 shareholders holding about 2.39 crore shares, only 6.16 lakh shares (2.57 percent) participated in voting, with 100 percent voting in favour and none against. Promoters did not vote, as required under Regulation 277 of SEBI ICDR Rules for EMERGE migrations. The resolution was declared passed on December 21, 2025.
Positive - move to main board broadens investor reach and may improve liquidity and valuations, though only a small share of holdings voted.
