Vivaa Tradecom Ltd reported unaudited results for H1 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025). Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 12,808.83 lakhs, down about 20.3% from Rs. 16,074.99 lakhs in H1 FY25. Despite the revenue dip, profit after tax jumped to Rs. 59.89 lakhs from Rs. 23.56 lakhs, a roughly 154% rise year-on-year, helped by a fall in trading purchase costs relative to sales. Basic and diluted EPS rose to Rs. 1.52 from Rs. 0.60. The auditor (Shreekant S. Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The balance sheet shows short-term borrowings of Rs. 7,631 lakhs against shareholder funds of about Rs. 2,240 lakhs, indicating a very high gearing.
Mixed picture for shareholders: top-line shrank sharply but profitability and EPS nearly doubled, suggesting better margins on each trade. However, the heavy reliance on short-term borrowings against a small equity base remains a key risk to watch. Stock is listed on the BSE SME platform, so liquidity may be limited.
