Vivanta Industries approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) results. Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 336.49 lacs versus Rs 1,056.05 lacs year on year. Despite the revenue drop, standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 76.80 lacs from Rs 32.89 lacs, helped by lower costs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew modestly to Rs 8,022.22 lacs from Rs 7,588.50 lacs, with profit after tax up to Rs 97.82 lacs from Rs 53.94 lacs. Board also cleared a business collaboration with Qness Pharmaceuticals and authorised a trading account with Motilal Oswal. Limited review report by GMCA and Co. was clean.
Mixed signals for shareholders. Sharp standalone revenue drop is a concern, but profit growth from cost discipline and a new pharma tie-up are positives.
