Viviana Power Tech posted strong Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone revenue of Rs 71.86 crore, up about 235% YoY from Rs 21.42 crore, and PAT of Rs 6.93 crore, up about 232% from Rs 2.09 crore. Consolidated PAT was Rs 6.01 crore. The Board approved selling its 90% stake in Viviana Life Spaces (non-core real estate, buyer is a Promoter) and 75% stake in Aarsh Transformers to bring manufacturing in-house, expected by 31 December 2026.
