Vivo Bio Tech posted Q1 FY26-27 results. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 1,427.97 lakh from Rs 1,251.16 lakh year ago, about 14 percent growth. However, net profit crashed to Rs 18.76 lakh from Rs 133.71 lakh, a drop of roughly 86 percent. Standalone revenue was Rs 1,413.94 lakh with PAT of Rs 18.43 lakh versus Rs 137.32 lakh earlier. Total expenses grew faster than revenue, mainly on higher employee costs, purchase of traded goods and depreciation, sharply squeezing margins.
Sharp fall in profit despite revenue growth signals margin pressure. Weak earnings may be viewed negatively by investors in the near term.
