VJTF Eduservices Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 at a board meeting held on November 14, 2025. Standalone Q2 FY26 results showed a loss after tax of Rs. 141.28 lakhs (vs profit of Rs. 176.44 lakhs in Q2 FY25), mainly driven by a negative Rs. 156.66 lakh fair value change on investments that pushed revenue from operations into negative territory at Rs. -78.56 lakhs. For H1 FY26, standalone PAT fell sharply to Rs. 79.06 lakhs from Rs. 1,037.62 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a roughly 92% YoY decline — while revenue from operations dropped about 89% YoY to Rs. 210.65 lakhs. The new auditor RAN K & Associates issued an unmodified review opinion but included an emphasis of matter flagging the continuing Rs. 962.45 lakhs Covid-19-related fee refund liability owed to students. The board also separately approved related party transactions for H1 FY26.
Sharp sequential and YoY profit decline, negative fair-value losses, and the persistent ~Rs. 9.6 crore student fee refund liability are clearly negative for shareholders. On the positive side, debt is negligible (debt-equity 0.01x) and net worth remains healthy at ~Rs. 87 crore standalone.
