Vodafone Idea reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 11,323 Cr, up 1.9 percent YoY. Net loss narrowed to Rs 5,286 Cr from Rs 6,609 Cr in Q3 FY25. 9M FY26 loss was Rs 17,418 Cr. Company raised Rs 3,300 Cr via NCDs and settled Rs 6,394 Cr receivable from Vodafone Group promoters. Auditor added Emphasis of Matter on AGR issue.
Loss narrowing, AGR clarity and NCD raise are positives, but negative net worth of Rs 87,744 Cr and heavy debt keep risks high.
