Vodafone Idea has received communication from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) providing relief in the long-pending AGR (Adjusted Gross Revenue) matter. The company's AGR dues for FY2006-07 to FY2018-19 have been frozen as of 31 December 2025, and will be paid in a structured manner: up to Rs. 124 crore per year from March 2026 to March 2031, then Rs. 100 crore per year from March 2032 to March 2035, with the remaining dues in equal annual installments from March 2036 to March 2041. Additionally, a DoT committee will be formed to reassess the AGR dues, and its decision will be final. The reassessed amount, if any, will also be repaid between March 2036 and March 2041.
