Vodafone Idea posted Q1FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs. 11,689 Cr, up 6% YoY. EBITDA grew 9.1% to Rs. 5,034 Cr with margin at 43.1%. Net loss narrowed to Rs. 3,754 Cr from Rs. 6,608 Cr YoY, aided by Rs. 1,611 Cr exceptional gain. Added subscribers for the first time since merger, reaching 193.1 million. ARPU rose 10.2% to Rs. 195. However, net worth remains deeply negative at Rs. 38,327 Cr, with deferred spectrum dues of Rs. 130,299 Cr and AGR dues of Rs. 25,759 Cr.
Revenue and EBITDA growth positive, but deeply negative net worth with large deferred dues keeps financial risk elevated. Subscriber momentum is encouraging.
