Voith Paper Fabrics India reported unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and 9M FY26 (Apr-Dec 2025). Revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs. 496.93 million, up about 20.7% from Rs. 411.78 million in Q3 FY25, but 9M revenue fell roughly 18% to Rs. 1,557.04 million from Rs. 1,902.27 million in the year-ago period. Profit after tax for Q3 was Rs. 81.89 million versus Rs. 80.09 million, and for 9M it rose to Rs. 322.96 million from Rs. 285.52 million (~13% growth), translating to 9M EPS of Rs. 73.52 (vs Rs. 65.04). The company booked a one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 36.43 million for incremental gratuity provisions tied to India's new labour codes. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review conclusion, noting that prior-period figures had been reviewed/audited by a different firm.
Mixed near-term picture for shareholders: Q3 showed a strong sequential recovery in revenue, but 9M topline still trails last year, and the one-time labour-code gratuity charge modestly weighed on headline profit. Investors should also note the change in statutory auditor from Price Waterhouse.
