Voltas reported weak Q2 FY26 consolidated results. Total income fell to Rs 2,412 cr from Rs 2,725 cr (-11%). PAT dropped sharply to Rs 32 cr vs Rs 133 cr. H1 FY26 PAT fell 63% to Rs 172 cr. Weak summer and GST rate cut from 28% to 18% hit AC demand and margins. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 1,069 cr outflow.
Profit fell sharply on weak summer demand and GST transition. Negative operating cash flow and ongoing Qatar litigation are concerns for investors.
