Voltas reported weak Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated total income fell to Rs 2,412 cr from Rs 2,725 cr last year. Net profit dropped 76 percent to Rs 32 cr from Rs 133 cr. H1 FY26 income slipped to Rs 6,433 cr from Rs 7,726 cr, with PAT at Rs 172 cr versus Rs 468 cr. Weak summer, GST rate cut, and high channel inventory hurt the cooling segment, which swung to a Rs 46 cr loss. Voltas also posted a negative operating cash flow of Rs 1,069 cr in H1.
Sharp YoY decline in revenue and profits with cooling segment in loss. Near-term weakness continues though management eyes demand revival from GST cuts.
