Vraj Iron and Steel reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,329.8 million, up about 52% YoY from Rs 875.4 million. H1 FY26 revenue rose around 34% to Rs 2,712.88 million. Standalone profit after tax fell to Rs 71.81 million from Rs 96.59 million, and H1 PAT dropped to Rs 145.01 million from Rs 244.35 million. EBITDA margin shrank to around 11.6% in Q2 from about 16.9% a year ago, pointing to cost pressure. Auditor Amitabh Agrawal and Company gave an unqualified limited review report. Consolidated Q2 PAT was Rs 77.49 million.
Mixed picture: strong top-line growth but sharp profit fall and margin compression may weigh on the stock despite healthy demand.
