On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.0 pts more than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

VRL Logistics reported strong FY25 results with Revenue from Operations at ₹3,16,094.80 lakhs vs ₹2,44,462.03 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 29%. Profit Before Tax (from continuing operations) jumped to ₹24,995.56 lakhs from ₹12,099.90 lakhs, more than doubling year-on-year. Profit After Tax from continuing operations rose to ₹18,293.26 lakhs from ₹8,906.10 lakhs, a growth of over 100%. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share (100% of face value) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results and will be replaced by M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP at the upcoming AGM upon completion of their tenure.
Strong revenue and profit growth signals a robust year for VRL Logistics, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The 100% dividend declaration rewards shareholders well, while the planned auditor rotation is a routine governance change and not a red flag.
