VSF Projects Ltd reported zero revenue from operations for both Q4 FY25 and the full year FY25, compared to ₹22 lakhs in FY24. The company posted a Q4 profit after tax of ₹2.58 lakhs, but for the full year FY25, it swung to a net loss of ₹29.41 lakhs, against a profit of ₹3,534.52 lakhs in FY24 (which was inflated by exceptional items of ₹3,550 lakhs). Total assets nearly doubled to ₹17,179 lakhs, driven by capital work-in-progress jumping from ₹2,087 to ₹8,854 lakhs, while other equity fell sharply from ₹8,237 to ₹4,362 lakhs. Borrowings almost doubled to ₹6,044 lakhs, and operating cash flow was deeply negative at ₹(1,053) lakhs. The statutory auditor NSVR & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Despite a clean audit opinion, the company is fundamentally loss-making at the operating level with no operating revenue, rising debt, depleting equity, and negative operating cash flow, making this a high-risk, asset-heavy story rather than an earnings beat. Shareholders should watch for progress on the large capital work-in-progress translating into actual revenue, as the stock currently trades on balance sheet value rather than profitability.
