VST Industries Q3 FY26 revenue Rs 491.85 cr, up 4.5 percent YoY. PAT Rs 60.23 cr versus Rs 136.26 cr last year, which included a Rs 100.49 cr one-time gain from sale of property. For 9 months FY26, revenue was nearly flat at Rs 1,356 cr and PAT was Rs 175.57 cr versus Rs 237.40 cr. Operating profit before tax rose to Rs 81.09 cr from Rs 65.14 cr (pre-exceptional), with depreciation of Rs 13.89 cr, showing margin expansion. Board appointed Piyush Srivastava as new MD and CEO for 5 years starting March 2, 2026. Price Waterhouse proposed as new statutory auditor, replacing BSR and Associates from the 95th AGM.
Core operating margin improved despite flat revenues. New CEO brings FMCG and alco-beverage experience, may signal strategy shift. Auditor change is a routine AGM transition.
