Board approved unaudited results for the second quarter and first half of FY2026. Revenue rose about 11% year on year to Rs 31,515 lakh in the quarter and 26% to Rs 59,760 lakh in the half. Consolidated profit fell to Rs 2,498 lakh from Rs 4,481 lakh, while first half profit rose 3% to Rs 6,920 lakh. The quarter included a Rs 227.74 lakh investment value loss, against a gain last year. The review found no material reporting issue.
Revenue growth helps, but quarterly profit and margins fell amid a sharp investment value swing, which may weigh on the stock.
