On 29 October 2025, the board allotted 2 million shares at Rs 100 each, with a Rs 90 premium, to two non-promoter investors for Rs 20 crore. It also allotted 2.25 million convertible warrants at Rs 100 each to nine promoter and non-promoter investors for Rs 225 crore; 25 percent was paid upfront and the balance is due on conversion within 18 months. Two foreign portfolio investors did not subscribe, so their offers lapsed.
The issue brings potential dilution from 2 million new shares and 2.25 million warrant conversions, with up to Rs 245 crore of funding.
