On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board allotted 20 lakh fully paid shares at Rs100 each to two non-promoter investors, raising Rs20 crore. It also allotted 2.25 crore convertible warrants at Rs100 each to non-promoter and promoter entities. Holders paid 25 percent, or Rs56.25 crore, and each warrant converts into one share within 18 months. Offers to two FPIs lapsed after no payment.
Raises committed capital and promoter participation, but conversion could increase the share count by up to 2.45 crore and dilute existing holders.
