Waaree Energies reported record-breaking FY26 results with revenue surging 83.72% YoY to ₹26,536.77 Crores. Operating EBITDA more than doubled to ₹5,908.64 Crores (up 117.10%), while total EBITDA reached ₹6,616.79 Crores, beating the company's own guidance of ₹5,500-6,000 Crores. PAT grew 101.45% YoY to ₹3,884.15 Crores. For Q4 alone, revenue was ₹8,480.25 Crores with 111.80% YoY growth. The company achieved highest-ever annual production of 12.6 GW of solar modules and commissioned 3 GW additional capacity at its Gujarat facility. The Board also approved major capex including ₹3,900 Cr for a glass manufacturing plant and ₹6,200 Cr for a 10 GW ingot-wafer facility in Nagpur, while acquiring a strategic stake in Oman-based polysilicon maker United Solar Holding Inc.
Strong double-digit growth across all metrics with PAT doubling indicates robust execution and scaling. EBITDA margin expanded to 22.27% for FY26 vs 18.84% in FY25, though Q4 margins compressed to 18.59% from 23.04% in Q4 FY25. The company remains in aggressive expansion mode with significant capex commitments. Dividend of ₹4 per share reflects healthy cash generation.
