Waaree Renewable Tech posted consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 1,057.84 crore, up about 37% YoY from Rs 774.78 crore. H1 revenue rose to Rs 1,982.09 crore (up roughly 44% YoY). Net profit dipped to Rs 81.48 crore (vs Rs 116.36 crore) on higher finance costs and acquisition expenses. Board approved capex for a 35 MWp solar IPP plant at Wardha, Maharashtra. Results include the newly acquired APSPL subsidiary in power transmission and distribution, purchased for Rs 1,225 crore in June 2026, making current figures not comparable to prior periods.
Strong revenue growth from APSPL acquisition and solar EPC, but margins compressed by integration costs. New Wardha project adds future growth pipeline.
