Wallfort Financial Services had financial disincentives of Rs 6 lakh levied by NSE as a Trading Member for specific error account trade procedures. SEBI has now advised that these disincentives be kept in abeyance until further notice, following representations from market participants. The original penalty was reported on 8th October 2026. The company will update if further communication is received from SEBI or NSE.
Relief for shareholders as Rs 6 lakh penalty is on hold pending SEBI review; minor financial impact.
