Wallfort Financial Services reported Q1 FY27 standalone net profit of Rs 20.27 crore (2,026.90 lakhs), up about 33% from Rs 15.28 crore YoY. Total income grew around 29% to Rs 26.74 crore from Rs 20.66 crore, driven mainly by higher net gain on fair value changes of Rs 16.00 crore versus Rs 11.54 crore. This is a strong turnaround from the previous quarter Q4 FY26 which had a loss of Rs 12.47 crore. Auditor Kochar and Associates gave an unqualified limited review. EPS stood at Rs 20.92 versus Rs 15.77.
Sharp sequential turnaround from Q4 loss and solid YoY earnings growth, though a large share of profit comes from volatile fair value gains.
