Wanbury Limited reported Q1 FY27 (June 2026) revenue of Rs.16,558 lakhs, up 1.5 percent YoY from Rs.16,318 lakhs. However, profit after tax fell sharply to Rs.324 lakhs from Rs.1,349 lakhs (down 76 percent YoY). Basic EPS stood at Rs.0.93 versus Rs.4.12. The board allotted 27,530 equity shares under ESOP 2016 and re-appointed Mr. Mohan Kumar Rayana as Whole-time Director for 5 years. Company also raised Rs.205 crore NBFC borrowings to replace high-cost debt, releasing 85.2 lakh pledged promoter shares.
Sharp PAT decline despite flat revenue signals margin pressure. ESOP allotment is minor dilution. Director continuity is positive for stability.
