Wanbury's board approved Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose about 22 percent to Rs 16,244.75 lakhs versus Rs 13,345.18 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine months revenue grew about 14 percent to Rs 48,569 lakhs. PAT jumped about 50 percent to Rs 1,575.90 lakhs in Q3 and to Rs 4,416.19 lakhs for nine months. Diluted EPS stood at Rs 4.52 for Q3. Board also granted 60,000 stock options and allotted 47,400 equity shares to employees under ESOP 2016. Auditor Kapoor and Parekh issued a clean review report.
Strong quarter with double-digit revenue and profit growth signals business recovery. ESOP allotment is mildly dilutive for existing shareholders.
