Wardwizard Foods and Beverages has resubmitted its audited FY26 results after initially omitting the Cash Flow Statement and Segment Reporting. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹23,773 lakhs in FY26 from ₹9,278 lakhs in FY25 (roughly 156% growth), driven largely by the Food Commodities and Services segments. The company swung to a profit after tax of ₹131 lakhs versus a loss of ₹1,369 lakhs last year, with basic EPS of ₹0.05. However, the auditor issued a Qualified Opinion flagging ₹760 lakhs in advances and ₹108 lakhs in other financial assets with no impairment or expected credit loss provisions, while management claims no impact is needed. An Emphasis of Matter was also raised on ₹328 lakhs of borrowings that could not be independently verified. Operating cash flow was sharply negative at ₹(1,374) lakhs and cash balances fell to just ₹3.85 lakhs.
The headline turnaround in revenue and PAT looks positive, but the qualified auditor opinion, unverified borrowings, and deeply negative operating cash flow with near-empty cash balances are significant red flags that investors should weigh carefully.
