Promoter Yatin Sanjay Gupte had 1,93,54,839 equity shares (6.43% of the company's share capital) of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd invoked by lender Gangabase Barter Private Limited on 15th December 2025, due to a shortfall in required margin. This happened in two tranches — 35,46,629 shares and 1,58,08,210 shares.
