Warren Tea posted Q1 FY26-27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) standalone loss of Rs 170 lakhs, narrower than the Rs 338 lakhs loss a year ago. Revenue from operations was zero for the quarter. Total income came in at Rs 58 lakhs versus Rs 169 lakhs last year. Exceptional items of Rs 177 lakhs dragged profitability. Board also approved a draft scheme of amalgamation with associate Maple Hotels and Resorts, pending regulatory approvals.
Narrowing losses are mildly positive. The proposed amalgamation with Maple Hotels is the key corporate event for shareholders to track.
