We Win Limited's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 7,849.19 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 6,504.35 lakhs in FY24, a rise of about 20.7%. Q4 revenue was Rs 2,029.12 lakhs, up from Rs 1,926.79 lakhs in the previous quarter. However, profit after tax fell to Rs 164.89 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 246.83 lakhs in FY24, a decline of around 33%, mainly because employee benefit expenses jumped from Rs 4,830.52 lakhs to Rs 6,235.78 lakhs and depreciation costs rose sharply. The auditor (Sethia Manoj & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with no material uncertainty around going concern.
Positive on the top line with over 20% revenue growth, but rising employee and depreciation costs are eating into profitability, causing a notable drop in net profit. Clean audit opinion and no debt defaults are reassuring, but the profit decline may concern investors looking at bottom-line growth.
