Aris International's board approved unaudited standalone results for Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025) and the nine-month period ending December 2025. Revenue from operations in Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 4.75 lakhs, sharply up from Rs 2.03 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue surged to Rs 20.43 lakhs versus Rs 5.20 lakhs a year ago. The company swung to a profit of Rs 4.61 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs 0.32 lakh profit last year) and Rs 5.75 lakhs for 9M FY26, compared with a loss of Rs 2.94 lakhs in the same period last year. The auditor (B.M. Gattani & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. Total expenses for 9M were Rs 14.68 lakhs, mainly comprising employee costs, professional fees, rent and other expenses.
A clear turnaround from loss to profit with revenue growing several-fold year-on-year, though absolute numbers remain very small for a listed entity. The clean auditor review and absence of qualifications are positive, but shareholders should note the low base and modest scale of operations.
