Golden Carpets Ltd's Board, at its meeting on 7 November 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 along with the Limited Review Report by Sathuluri & Co. Revenue from operations surged to Rs 52.43 lakh in Q2 FY26 versus Rs 19.36 lakh in Q2 FY25 (about 171% YoY growth), and H1 FY26 revenue rose to Rs 78.38 lakh from Rs 38.77 lakh in H1 FY25 (about 102% growth). The company swung back to profit with a Q2 PAT of Rs 2.63 lakh (vs a loss of Rs 1.51 lakh YoY) and an H1 PAT of Rs 4.57 lakh (vs a loss of Rs 5.40 lakh YoY). However, operating cash flow remained negative at Rs (4.07) lakh for H1, and the balance sheet continues to show negative total equity of Rs (9.79) lakh with reserves & surplus at Rs (853.91) lakh. An exceptional item of Rs (0.21) lakh was also reported.
Strong top-line recovery and a return to profitability are positive for the stock, but the deeply negative reserves, negative total equity, and negative operating cash flow flag continuing financial fragility that investors should weigh against the growth story.
