Weizmann Limited, a textile processing and manufacturing company, reported its Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 stood at ₹2,845.95 lakhs, almost flat compared to ₹2,858.27 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose about 14% YoY to ₹270.16 lakhs (from ₹236.92 lakhs). For the nine months, standalone revenue grew roughly 16.5% to ₹9,432.59 lakhs and PAT grew around 12% to ₹638.12 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, 9M net profit after factoring in associate losses was ₹555.52 lakhs, as the NBFC associate Windia Infrastructure Finance continued to report losses (share of loss of ₹82.60 lakhs in 9M). The auditor's limited review report was clean with no qualifications or modifications. The Board also approved seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot to continue Chairman Dharmendra G Siraj as Non-Executive Director beyond age 75.
Results show steady, if unspectacular, growth in the core textile business with margin improvement in Q3. However, ongoing losses at the NBFC associate continue to weigh on consolidated earnings, which is something investors should track. Overall, no negative surprises — the clean audit and steady standalone performance are mildly positive signals.
