On the reaction day the stock moved 6.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.6 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved up to 1,90,47,619 warrants at Rs 525 each, raising up to Rs 1,000 crore. Each warrant converts into one equity share of Rs 10 face value within 18 months. The issue includes the promoter's trustee and 12 non-promoter investors. Shareholders will vote on November 7, 2025, and regulatory approvals are pending.
Existing shareholders' ownership percentage may fall if the warrants are converted. The company may receive funds, but the full amount depends on conversion and approvals.
