On the reaction day the stock moved 6.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.6 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved a private placement of 1,90,47,619 warrants at Rs 525 each, raising up to Rs 1,000 crore. Each warrant can convert into one Rs 10 equity share within 18 months. The promoter will receive 71,23,809 warrants and 12 non-promoter investors will receive the rest. Shareholders will vote on November 7, 2025.
Up to 1.91 crore new shares may be issued on conversion, creating dilution. The fundraising could improve financial flexibility; unexercised warrants lapse after 18 months.
