For consolidated Q2 FY27 ended 30 September 2026, revenue rose 32% year on year to Rs 1,034.58 crore, profit after tax rose 201% to Rs 295.55 crore and EBITDA margin rose from 23.9% to 39.5%. A Rs 194 crore gain from selling 51% of the Mukarba Chowk-Panipat project was included; excluding it, revenue was Rs 841 crore, EBITDA Rs 231 crore and margin 26.2%. Consolidated H1 FY27 operating cash flow was negative Rs 166.08 crore.
Growth and the rating upgrade may support the stock, but the Rs 194 crore sale gain and negative operating cash flow limit confidence in profits.
