Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew ~3.9% YoY to Rs. 72,372 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 69,657 lakhs), but the company swung to a net loss of Rs. 409 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 6,247 lakhs in FY24 (which included a one-time deferred tax credit of Rs. 3,387 lakhs). Q4 FY25 revenue jumped ~32% YoY to Rs. 20,015 lakhs. Statutory auditors BSR & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion. The board also appointed MNB & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company completed a Rights Issue in March 2025, raising Rs. 34,986 lakhs, of which Rs. 28,790 lakhs was used to prepay/repay borrowings, sharply deleveraging the balance sheet.
The full-year swing to loss looks worse than it is, as FY24's profit was boosted by a large one-time deferred tax credit. Underlying Q4 revenue growth of ~32% and a much stronger balance sheet (equity up from Rs. 9,308 to Rs. 43,437 lakhs, borrowings nearly wiped out) are positives, but weak margins and the small bottom-line loss may weigh on near-term sentiment.
