Welspun Specialty Solutions reported Q2 FY26 revenue of about Rs. 240 crore, up marginally year-on-year, but swung to a net loss of Rs. 4.5 crore versus a Rs. 9.7 crore profit last year. For H1 FY26, revenue dipped slightly to Rs. 434 crore, while net profit collapsed to just Rs. 65 lakh from Rs. 8.9 crore. Operating cash outflow widened to Rs. 44.6 crore versus Rs. 20.1 crore earlier. The company fully repaid its borrowings. Statutory auditor BSR and Co issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp PAT fall, Q2 net loss, and heavy operating cash outflow signal margin pressure despite stable revenue and complete debt repayment.
