Wendt India reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone sales rose 12% YoY to Rs 5,341 lakhs but PAT fell 26% to Rs 579 lakhs. For 9M FY26, sales grew 5% to Rs 14,976 lakhs while PAT dropped 41% to Rs 1,529 lakhs. Consolidated sales grew 15% YoY to Rs 6,032 lakhs with PAT down 64% to Rs 298 lakhs. Board declared Rs 20 per share interim dividend. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unmodified review.
Higher dividend is positive but sharp profit decline despite revenue growth signals margin pressure. Weak consolidated PAT is a concern.
