WeP Solutions reported Q2 FY26 total revenue of Rs. 1,786 lakhs, up about 9% year-on-year, with H1 FY26 revenue at Rs. 3,448 lakhs versus Rs. 3,150 lakhs in H1 FY25. However, net profit collapsed nearly 74% in Q2 to Rs. 30 lakhs and fell about 63% in H1 to Rs. 84 lakhs, with EPS dropping to Rs. 0.23 for H1 from Rs. 0.63 a year ago. The Enterprise segment's profits shrank to Rs. 120 lakhs in Q2 from Rs. 215 lakhs, while the Partner segment continued to post losses. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs. (512) lakhs in H1 FY26 versus a Rs. 1,380 lakh inflow in FY25. The board also allotted 23,400 equity shares under the company's ESOP plan.
Despite modest revenue growth, the steep drop in profits and negative operating cash flow point to significant margin pressure and weaker cash generation, which could weigh on investor sentiment and the stock in the near term.
