West Leisure Resorts reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) total income of 4.47 lakhs versus 36.43 lakhs in Q1 FY26, an about 88 percent year-on-year decline. Profit after tax fell to 1.17 lakhs from 17.58 lakhs. EPS dropped to 0.04 from 0.58. Net loss on fair value changes of 1.53 lakhs and lower sale of services drove the fall. Auditor Bharat Gupta and Co issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharp year on year fall in revenue and profit may worry investors about business momentum and earnings quality going forward.
