Q2 FY27 revenue rose 16% to INR 747 crore and same-store sales grew 10.1%. Operating profit before depreciation and amortisation rose 29%; margin increased 130 basis points to 13.1% despite 190 basis points of cost inflation. Cash profit after tax was INR 52.6 crore. Eleven new stores took the network to 492 across 80 cities. Management targets 580-plus stores by March 2028 and 100-150 basis points of year-on-year margin improvement in FY27.
Positive: stronger sales, margin expansion and store growth may support earnings and the stock, though cost inflation remains a key risk.
