WeWork India reported Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹768.7 crore, up 31.6% year on year, EBITDA of ₹162.9 crore and profit after tax of ₹65.8 crore. EBITDA margin rose to 21.2%. First-half revenue was ₹1,466.7 crore and profit ₹119 crore. The company had 85 centres, 83.7% occupancy and ₹23.1 crore net cash. Contracted customer value reached ₹3,843 crore, and management expects maturing centres to support stronger profits.
Strong profit growth, wider margins, a larger order book and net cash support the outlook, though rapid expansion could cause problems.
