Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 33.6% year on year to Rs 767.8 cr, and H1 revenue rose 30.8% to Rs 1,451.7 cr. Q2 profit was Rs 20.4 cr versus Rs 6.4 cr last year, with EPS of Rs 1.45; H1 profit was Rs 16.4 cr against a Rs 7.7 cr loss. Auditor review was clean. FY26 included a one-time Rs 4.3 cr employee benefit charge for new labour codes. Board approved a 10 MW captive solar plant costing Rs 34.25 cr.
Strong revenue growth and a return to profit should support the stock, though debt and lease costs remain high.
