WeWork India posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 573 crore, up 22 percent year-on-year. H1 FY26 standalone showed a small Rs. 7.2 crore loss on higher finance and operating costs; consolidated H1 revenue rose 21 percent to Rs. 1,110 crore with a Rs. 7.7 crore loss. Q2 standalone swung to a Rs. 7.4 crore profit against a loss in the previous quarter. These are the first quarterly results since the companys about Rs. 3,000 crore IPO listing on October 10, 2025. Cash from operations stayed strong at around Rs. 697 crore in H1. Auditor S.R. Batliboi issued an unqualified review report.
Topline growth is healthy but profitability is thin with costs and interest weighing on bottom line. First post-IPO print, to be watched for path to sustained profits.
