Wheels India reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 1,182.87 Cr, up about 9.3% YoY from Rs. 1,082.58 Cr. Standalone net profit rose modestly to Rs. 26.44 Cr from Rs. 25.37 Cr. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 1,265.50 Cr (from Rs. 1,165.88 Cr), while net profit jumped nearly 29% to Rs. 30.59 Cr from Rs. 23.74 Cr, driven by stronger performance in the Automotive Components segment. The board approved results at its August 5, 2025 meeting. Brahmayya & Co issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Consolidated earnings showed strong YoY growth, supported by the Automotive Components segment, which may be viewed positively by investors. Standalone growth was more modest, but overall the results indicate stable operations with improving profitability at the group level.
