Wheels India Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹1,182.87 crore from ₹1,082.58 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 9.3%. Standalone net profit came in at ₹26.44 crore vs ₹25.37 crore, up around 4.2%. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹1,265.50 crore from ₹1,165.88 crore (~8.5% growth), while consolidated net profit jumped to ₹30.59 crore from ₹23.74 crore, a strong ~28.9% rise. The Automotive Components segment (₹1,077.32 crore) drove the bulk of consolidated revenue, while Industrial Components saw a sequential decline. The statutory auditor Brahmayya & Co issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
A healthy quarter for shareholders, with consolidated PAT growth of nearly 29% year-on-year indicating improved profitability despite modest single-digit revenue growth, supported by expansion in EBITDA margins. Margins on the standalone side are largely flat, so the consolidated beat is the key positive takeaway for the stock.
