Williamson Magor has informed the exchanges that an insolvency application filed against it under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by Carnex Timbers Pvt Ltd has been dismissed as withdrawn by the NCLT Kolkata Bench. The parties jointly submitted on 10th March 2026 that the matter had been settled fully and finally between them. On hearing this submission, the NCLT dismissed the application as withdrawn. The company has stated that a copy of the order will be disclosed once received. This effectively closes one insolvency threat the company was facing.
