Wim Plast Limited reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹8,325.12 lakhs, down about 10.6% YoY from ₹9,307.72 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue slipped marginally to ₹25,745.28 lakhs from ₹26,161.65 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter came in at ₹1,272.39 lakhs (vs ₹1,348.56 lakhs), while 9M PAT was ₹4,210.92 lakhs versus ₹4,690.70 lakhs — a decline of roughly 10%. The company booked a ₹70.01 lakh exceptional charge for incremental gratuity provision linked to the New Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025. EPS for 9M stood at ₹35.08 versus ₹39.08 a year earlier. On a consolidated basis, 9M PAT improved to ₹4,228.49 lakhs from ₹3,945.69 lakhs, helped by subsidiary contribution. Statutory auditor Jeswani & Rathore issued an unqualified limited review report for both standalone and consolidated results.
The double-digit Q3 topline contraction and modest 9M margin compression are negatives for the stock in the near term, and the exceptional gratuity provision will further dent reported profits. However, Wim Plast remains virtually debt-free (negligible finance costs) and the consolidated picture shows improving profitability, which provides some comfort.
