Q2 FY27 revenue rose 19% to Rs 264 crore and H1 FY27 revenue rose 18% to Rs 512 crore. The main contract manufacturing business grew 32% in H1 to Rs 422 crore; trade generics fell 31% to Rs 66 crore, while exports rose 46% to Rs 23 crore. Adjusted EBITDA rose 23% to Rs 70 crore at 13.7%, and adjusted profit after tax rose 33% to Rs 50 crore. Plant-6 was commercialized; net liquidity was Rs 223 crore after a Rs 47 crore buyback and Rs 13 crore dividend.
Strong growth and net liquidity support the outlook, but reported margins fell because H1 FY27 included Rs 14.06 crore of non-cash ESOP charges.
